• Unworn, unused, in original condition

• With all original tags, packaging, and authenticity certificates (if applicable)

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours) with photo evidence. We will cover shipping for the return and either replace or refund the item (as per your preference).

7. Non-returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

• Custom or personalized items (unless defective)

• Items with obvious signs of wear, damage, or alteration

• Gift cards
